Account Activation

Regarding your account activation, the most common issues are listed below.

1.  You didn't give the system time to send your email.  It could take up to 5 minutes to receive the account confirmation email after registering.  This is due to email delays with other providers outside of our control. Please give it a few minutes before submitting a support ticket.  In most cases, when we check your account, it is already activated.

2.  You need to whitelist all emails from adrevsplit@teambuildreply.com and make sure they are not marked as spam.

3.   Your ISP or email provider is sending our emails to spam or you have some blocking condition preventing it from being delivered.

4.   Try visiting the members menu option and actually logging in to your account to see if it is already activated.
